By submitting an appointment request through this website, you agree to the following:

Appointments. Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking — appointments are confirmed by ChristyLee directly, and you'll receive a confirmation once approved.

Card on file. A card is saved securely via Square at the time of booking. It is not charged unless the appointment is a no-show, in which case a no-show fee may be charged to the card on file.

Text messages. A phone number is required to book an appointment. Agreeing to receive text messages is separate and optional, chosen via an unchecked checkbox on the booking form — it is never a condition of completing a booking. If you don't opt in, you'll still receive all appointment confirmations and reminders by email. If you do opt in, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out without affecting your ability to book or manage appointments.
