Design by ChristyLee ("we," "us") collects the name, email address, and phone number you provide when booking an appointment through this website. This information is used solely to schedule your appointment and to send you appointment-related communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used only to operate this booking system.

A phone number is required to book an appointment, so we can reach you if there's an issue with your visit. Agreeing to receive text messages is separate and optional — the booking form includes an unchecked checkbox you may tick if you'd like appointment confirmations and reminders by text in addition to email. Declining does not affect your ability to book; you'll still receive all appointment communication by email.

If you do opt in, message frequency varies based on your bookings and is limited to appointment-related messages — never marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages; this does not affect your ability to book or manage appointments.

Appointment and card-on-file information is stored securely using Supabase (database) and Square (payment/card storage). We do not store raw card numbers ourselves.
